Day 01: Arrival at Delhi.

Arrive at Delhi airport to a warm welcome from our representatives who shall assist & transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Upon arrival at hotel, a traditional Indian welcome consisting of ‘Aarti’ and garland followed by check-in and rest of the day at leisure. Spend overnight at Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi sightseeing

Morning start to your tour from the charming Old Delhi, which has managed to preserve the nostalgia of bygone royal age of the city. Start from Mughal residence Red Fort, built in red sandstone where we shall be exploring several historical monuments inside as well as visit to the museum displaying royal artifacts and artilleries. Later we shall visit the holy mosque of Jama Masjid located just opposite Red Fort. A UNESCO world heritage site, this sacred mausoleum is place of worship for people from all religions. The sacred remains of Prophet like sandals and footprints embedded in marble block are kept inside. Enjoy a rickshaw ride in the busy alleys of Chandni Chowk, offering lots of items embedded with an ethnic Indian touch, be it ‘Chat’ food, ‘Paranthas’, Gold, Silver and precious stones or apparels and garments.

Post lunch, drive to Humayu n’s tomb, a picturesque monument built in the memory of Mughal Emperor Humayun by his wife Haji Begum. Continue towards 12th century Qutab Minar, regarded the tallest single minaret in the world and the most frequented monument of Delhi. Drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan-the official residence of President of India halting at India Gate-the famous war memorial where a flame burns eternally to honor the supreme sacrifice of solders.

Evening drive back to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

Day 03: Delhi – Jaipur

Morning drive to Jaipur, the hub of culture, tradition and royalties of Rajasthan and upon arrival check-in at a Royal Palace giving an insight into the luxury and opulence of the bygone royal age. Later in the day, a short excursion trip to Choki Dhani, an ethnic five star resort offering a plethora of options for the visitors, be it puppet show, traditional song & dance program, fire eaters show. Take a joyful camel ride and have a traditional dinner in picturesque settings amidst the sand dunes. Overnight at the Jaipur hotel.

Day 04: Jaipur

Full day sightseeing of Jaipur, the ‘Pink city’ of India. Regarded as one of the most culturally rich cities of Rajasthan, Jaipur is also one of the most well planned ones. Morning excursions to Amber Fort, the ancient capital of Rajput rulers where we shall be taking a ride upon elephants back to reach to fort’s entrance. The breathtaking interiors and decorative art of Amber fort gives an insight into the opulence of Royal Rajput lifestyle. Some exquisite buildings inside include mirror palace, summer palace and winter palace.

Post lunch visit to Hawa Mahal (Palace or Winds) built to allow royal ladies to watch the royal possessions without being seen from outside. Continue toward City Palace, a picturesque building divided into series of buildings, gardens and courtyards and the residence of present royal family of Jaipur. A part of the palace has been converted into museum displaying royal armory, artifacts and other rare articles. Our next destination is Jantar Mantar, the 17th century astronomical observatory which is remarkably accurate for that period.

Day 05: Jaipur-Ranthambore

Day time free to explore the local market where you may shop for traditional articles, choosing amongst the best of ethnic artifacts, decorative and other materials. Post lunch; drive to Ranthambore and upon arrival transfer to a luxurious wildlife resort. Later, enjoy a Nature walk in the reserve, home to an exotic variety of wild animals and beautiful birds. Overnight stay at Ranthambore.

Day 06: Ranthambore


Full day guided safari (elephant/jeep) into the reserve. Ranthambhore National Park: One of the most well preserved and well protected reserves in the country, Ranthambore boast of an incredible variety of wild animals and bird species. A wildlife reserve since 1955, Ranthambore’s star attraction are its rather ‘friendly’ tigers that are used to human presence. Sprawling over 400 sq. km. the reserve is nestled amidst the billion year old Arravali and Vindhya hill range. Other wildlife attractions include Caracals, Sloth bears, Black bucks, Hare, Indian Wild Boar, Chinkara, Common Palm Civets or Toddy cat, crocodiles and over 270 species of birds. Stay overnight at Ranthambore resort.

Day 07: Ranthambore-Bharatpur

Morning drive to Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary and upon arrival transfer to the resort. Later, venture into what is regarded as the best bird sanctuary in Iinda.

Bharatpur: home to over 400 species of birds, Bharatpur also known as Kaledeo Ghana park figures amongst the best bird sanctuaries of Asia. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the reserve attracts migratory bird from far away countries like Tibet, Afghanistan, and Central Asia in addition to Siberian cranes. Other common bird species to be seen are cormorants, spoonbills, storks, egrets, herons, pelicans, ibis and herons that can be spotted all over the park. After a detailed bird watching tour accompanied by an expert guide, return to the resort for dinner & overnight stay.

Day 08: Bharatpur


Morning after breakfast, take a rickshaw ride into the reserve as these trained rickshaw pullers are well aware of whereabouts of exotic birds. Later, a tour of Bharatpur attractions including Lalgarh Fort built by founder of Bharatpur Maharaja Suraj Mal in the 18th century. Visit the government museum displaying marvelous collection of ancient inscriptions, exquisitely carved sculptures and artifacts. We shall also be visiting The Bharatpur Palace, one of the better examples of fusion architecture comprising Rajput and Mughal styles.

Day 09: Bharatpur-Fatehpur Sikri-Agra

Morning drive to Agra en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri which served as the capital of Mughals for a brief period before being abandoned due to lack of water. The courtyards, palaces etc. inside the fort remarkably preserved in original state, exhibiting the best of Mughal architecture. Famous monuments include tomb of Salim Chisti, an important Muslim pilgrimage destination and the imposing Buland Darwaza built to commemorate Mughal victory over Gujrat. Later, drive continues to Agra and upon arrival check-in at a luxury hotel for overnight stay.

Day 10: Agra

After a leisurely breakfast, sightseeing of Agra starting from Agra Fort and Taj Mahal. Agra fort was constructed by successive Mughal Emperors who used to control their empire from here. Some of the famous buildings inside are Diwan-i-Khass, Diwan-i-Am,Jahangiri Mahal, Khass Mahal and Moti Masjid etc. symbolizing the best of fusion architecture. A vintage point to view Taj Mahal, it was from the window of this fort from where Shahjahan spent his last days staring at Taj after being imprisoned by his son Jehangir. Taj Mahal (World Heritage Site) – The most beautiful monument of love ever created by men, its construction started in 1631 on Shahjahan’s orders after the untimely death of his wife Mumtaz Mahal after the birth of her 14th child. Flawless in its conception and execution, Taj Mahal’s beauty has to be seen to believe. You can stay on to view the monument on the soft light of the setting sun. Overnight at hotel.

Day 11: Agra-Umaria-Bandhavgarh

Morning transfer to the railway station for rail to Umaria and upon arrival meets with our representatives who shall assist & drive you to Bandhavgarh National park. Check-in at a wildlife resort and rest of the day at leisure. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12: Bandhavgarh

The former hunting preserves of rulers of Rewa, Bandhavgarh is one of the most well known reserves of India and White tigers which are now a popular attractions of zoo’s around the world were first discovered not very far from here. Bandhavgarh also holds the proud distinction of housing the highest density of Tigers amongst all reserves in the country. Apart from tigers, its other inmates include Asiatic Jackal, Bengal Fox, Sloth Bear, Ratel, Gray Mongoose, Striped Hyena, Jungle Cat and Leopard. Morning and evening game drive into the reserve for the popular Tiger tracking accompanied by an expert naturalist. Overnight stay at Bandhavgarh resort.

Day 13: Bandhavgarh- Khajuraho

Morning elephant safari into the reserve which is regarded more suitable for wildlife viewing. Also, Mahouts are well aware of where to track the Tiger and other big cats. Return to the resort for lunch, followed by bird watching tour in the reserve which is home to over 200 species of birds, both resident and migratory. An exciting trekking expedition follows in the rough, hilly areas of the reserve. Evening luxury drive to Khajuraho and upon arrival transfer to a hotel for overnight stay.

Day 14: Khajuraho

Known the world over as the temples of love, Khajuraho displays the eroticism artistically through its sculptures. Built between 950 to 1050 AD and displaying architectural skills of medieval India, these temples are divided into Southern, eastern and western group of temples. A detailed sightseeing of temples follows before returning to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 15: Delhi-Departure

Morning arrival at Delhi railway station and meet with our representatives who shall assist & drive you to the international airport for your onward/return journey.
